- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Prepare pastry shell; set aside.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3In small mixer bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture.

4Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell.

5Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.

6Cool about 1 hour; serve warm. Garnish as desired.
