  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips mini morsels

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Line 2 regular size muffin pans or mini muffin pans with paper liners or grease pans and sprinkle lightly with flour.

    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cream the butter. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Beat well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Fill prepared pans 2/3 of the way full with mixture. Bake until done, approximately 20 minutes for large muffins and 12 to 15 minutes for small.
