  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl; beat well. Add eggs and beat well.

    Stir in flour.

    Gradually stir in chocolate morsels, pecans and coconut.

    Pour mixture into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
