- 18 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 (4 oz. each) pkg. sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Sprinkle ladyfingers with sherry.

2Arrange ladyfingers around a large (9 or 10-inch) spring-form pan.

3Put remaining ladyfingers on bottom of pan.

4Combine next 4 ingredients.

5Beat until well blended and smooth.

6Add egg yolks and beat until smooth.

7Blend in melted chocolate.

8Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in with whipped heavy cream.

9Add chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Pour into pan and chill until firm.
