- 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate or milk chocolate
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 3/8 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 7 2/3 tablespoons plain flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan, and stir until well mixed.

3In a bowl, mix the egg, egg yolk, and sugar well.

4Add the still warm chocolate while stirring.

5Mix in the flour.

6Pour the batter in two pans, previously greased with butter and floured with chocolate powder.

7Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

8Remove from the baking pan and serve immediately.

9Serve with vanilla ice cream, or sprinkle with powdered vanilla sugar and milk chocolate chips.
