  • 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate or milk chocolate
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 3/8 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 7 2/3 tablespoons plain flour

    Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

    Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan, and stir until well mixed.

    In a bowl, mix the egg, egg yolk, and sugar well.

    Add the still warm chocolate while stirring.

    Mix in the flour.

    Pour the batter in two pans, previously greased with butter and floured with chocolate powder.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Remove from the baking pan and serve immediately.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream, or sprinkle with powdered vanilla sugar and milk chocolate chips.
