- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. brewed Espresso
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Melt the chocolate, sugar, Espresso and cinnamon together in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick.

2Remove from heat.

3Add vanilla; stir again.

4Chill for 4 hours or more.

5To serve, pour into 6 large dessert glasses.

6Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks hold; spoon over top.
