- 1 pkg. chocolate fudge frosting mix
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- thin icing (following)
Directions

1In small bowl chill 2 cups frosting mix, the whipping cream and 2 teaspoons instant coffee; mix and chill at least 1 hour.

2Bake cake in two round layer pans.

3Add 1 tablespoon coffee to mix. Split cake after cool to make 4 layers.

4Beat frosting mixture until stiff, fill between layers.

5Spread top of cake with thin icing allowing some to drizzle down sides.

6Chill before serving.
