  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners.

    In a small bowl combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and egg.
