  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 packages instant hot cocoa mix

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, salt and milk together. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour 1/2 cup hot chocolate mixture into beaten egg yolks and return to mixture to thicken. Add vanilla and butter and let cool.
