Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 3 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.

2Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed.

3Add vanilla.

4Measure flour after sifting (by spoonful).

5Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture.

6Chill overnight or for several hours.

7Heat oven to 350°.

8Roll in 1-inch balls, then roll into powdered sugar and bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.

9Do not overbake.

10They are best when soft and chewy.
