Chocolate Curls

  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 oz. dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening

Directions

    Put white chocolate and dark chocolate in separate saucepans. Add 1 tablespoon shortening in each pan.

    Stir over very low heat until melted.

    Pour each mixture into small square plastic container.
  4. 4
    Freeze until firm.
  5. 5
    Remove chocolate from the containers and using cheese slicer or vegetable peeler, scrape across the surface of each to make curls.
