- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 4 oz. dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
Directions

1Put white chocolate and dark chocolate in separate saucepans. Add 1 tablespoon shortening in each pan.

2Stir over very low heat until melted.

3Pour each mixture into small square plastic container.

4Freeze until firm.

5Remove chocolate from the containers and using cheese slicer or vegetable peeler, scrape across the surface of each to make curls.
