- 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/2 scant c. crushed peppermint sticks
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) mini marshmallows
Directions

1Blend together crumbs and melted butter.

2Press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

3Cream butter and sugar well.

4Add eggs and melted chocolate.

5Beat until light and fluffy.

6Spoon over crumbs.

7Set in freezer while whipping cream.

8Gently fold mini marshmallows into whipping cream.

9Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.

10Freeze.
