Ingredients

  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 scant c. crushed peppermint sticks
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • 1 pkg. (18 oz.) mini marshmallows

Directions

    Blend together crumbs and melted butter.

    Press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

    Cream butter and sugar well.

    Add eggs and melted chocolate.

    Beat until light and fluffy.

    Spoon over crumbs.

    Set in freezer while whipping cream.

    Gently fold mini marshmallows into whipping cream.

    Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
