  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. cold milk
  • 1 box Cool Whip topping

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients in oblong baking dish.

    Bake at 300° until done.

    Mix well the cream cheese, 1 box Cool Whip and powdered sugar; spread on cooled crust.

    Beat puddings and milk with mixer at medium speed.

    Spread over the other two layers and top with Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
