  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 bar semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Chop nuts until the size of rice.

    Add butter and flour, mix thoroughly.

    Spread on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    (Dip fingers in flour to help spread crust.) Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are brown.

    Remove from oven and cool.
