  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 16 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • chili sauce (optional)

Directions

    Shape sausage into 8 patties.

    Wrap one patty around one cooked egg, covering completely.

    Roll each egg in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
