- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine butter, flour and pecans, mixing well.

2Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Bake at 375° for 15 minutes (cool completely). Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping; blend thoroughly.

4Spread over crust; chill.

5Combine pudding mixes and milk; beat 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Spread over cream cheese layer.

6Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer, garnish with finely chopped pecans and refrigerate for several hours.
