- 8 potatoes
- 1 12 cups butter
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1 red onion
- 12 cup sour cream
- salt & pepper
- milk
- lasagna noodle
Directions

1Cook taters -- drain off water.

2Mash taters with 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup sour cream and milk (as needed).

3Add salt & pepper to taste.

4Mixture should be slighty soupy.

5Cube & melt Velveeta cheese on low setting in microwave.

6Add to potato mixture.

7Cook & Drain pasta.

8Add 1 stick butter.

9Chop & Saute Onion with 1 stick butter.

10Layer Taters, Pasta, & Onions in 13 x 9 pan.
-
11Bake uncovered -- 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
