  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (13 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine butter, flour and pecans, mixing well.

    Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
