  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks butter (soft)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
  • 2 (3 oz.) instant puddings (chocolate), prepared as directed
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together flour, pecans and butter; press in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; spread on cool crust.

    Mix 1/2 Cool Whip with chocolate pudding; spread over cream cheese layer.
