  • 1 c. plain flour or yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 box of cool whip
  • 1 large box of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • slivers of chocolate candy

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix together flour or cake mix, nuts and butter. Spread over bottom of baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Let cool. Mix sugar, cream cheese, cool whip.

    Spread over layer.
  5. 5
    Mix chocolate mix and milk until thick.
  6. 6
    Spread over second layer. Spread cool whip over third layer and sprinkle with slivers of chocolate candy.
