- 1 1/2 lb. bag coconut
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 1/2 lb. butter, softened
- 1/2 lb. 10x sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) jar peanut butter
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3/4 lb. 10x sugar
- 2 large bags chocolate chips
Directions

1For coconut eggs, mix coconut, Marshmallow Fluff, 1/2 pound butter and 1/2 pound 10x sugar.

2Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours. Roll out eggs in various sizes.

3Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.

4Do not overcook!

5Dip eggs in chocolate. Place on wax paper and refrigerate.
