  • 1 1/2 lb. bag coconut
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 lb. butter, softened
  • 1/2 lb. 10x sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar peanut butter
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 3/4 lb. 10x sugar
  • 2 large bags chocolate chips

    For coconut eggs, mix coconut, Marshmallow Fluff, 1/2 pound butter and 1/2 pound 10x sugar.

    Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours. Roll out eggs in various sizes.

    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.

    Do not overcook!

    Dip eggs in chocolate. Place on wax paper and refrigerate.
