  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
  • 2 pkg. Choco-bake
