- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
Directions

1Add butter to boiling water, heat until butter melts.

2Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in bottom of pan.

3Remove from heat and let cook for 3 minutes.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.

5Shape on buttered cookie by dropping from a spoon or using a pastry tube into the shape of a hot dog bun.

6Bake until free from beads of moisture (40 to 45 minutes) at 375°.

7Cool.

8Slice off top of eclair and fill with sweetened whipping cream.

9Top with Fudge Sauce.

10Refrigerate until serving time.
