- 4 blocks chocolate
- 1/3 c. hot milk
- 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler; stir until blended.

2Stir hot milk into sugar and beat until smooth.

3Stir in vanilla, salt and chocolate mixture.

4Beat until smooth and thickened, about 5 minutes.

5Makes enough frosting for filling and top of 2 (9-inch) cake layers.
