- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat and onion until brown; drain off fat.

2Add can of mushroom soup and can of chicken soup until well mixed.

3Cook potatoes and mash; add butter, salt and pepper.

4Put meat in casserole and top with mashed potatoes.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.

6This freezes well also.
