Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips (a 12 oz. bag)
- 1 12 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 12 cups quick oats
- 12 cup flaked coconut
- 13 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 12 cup honey
- 14 cup butter
- 13 cup peanut butter
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

2Combine morsels, cereal, oats, coconut and sunflower seeds in large bowl.

3Heat honey and butter in small, uncovered saucepan until mixture just comes to a boil; reduce heat.

4Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in peanut butter until melted and well combined.

7Pour peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture in bowl.

8Stir well to combine (morsels will melt).

9Carefully press mixture firmly into prepared baking pan with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

10Cover; refrigerate until firm.

11When firm, cut into bars.

12Store in a covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
