Chocolate Icing

  • 9 tbsp Melted butter
  • 3/4 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocos powder
  • 6 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla

Directions

    Place melted butter in large bowl

    Add 3/4 cup of cocoa powder.

    Mix butter and cocoa powder together
  4. 4
    Add powdered sugar slowly until all is mixed in with the butter and cocoa mixture

    Add 6 tablespoons of milk and 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to the above mixture

    If you want thinner icing, use more milk.

    For thicker icing add an additional 1/2 cup confectioners Sugar.
