- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Pour boiling water over 6 frankfurters.

2Cover; let stand 8 minutes.

3Slit each frank lengthwise.

4Spread with mustard. Combine 2 cups well-seasoned mashed potatoes, minced onion, chopped pimento and chopped parsley.

5Spread over split frank. Brown in broiler or oven.
