- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5.3 oz. can)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. softened oleo
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine chocolate bits, cream cheese and evaporated milk in saucepan.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bits are melted and mixture is smooth.

3Remove from heat and stir in walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.

4Blend well.

5Set aside. Combine other ingredients in large bowl.

6Blend with mixer until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

7Press half of mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

8Spread with chocolate mixture.

9Sprinkle rest of crumbs over filling.

10Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
