Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

Directions

    Mix well the first 3 ingredients.

    Press in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes; cool.

    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Spread over cooled crust.

    Mix milk and pudding until stiff and thick.

    Spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with additional Cool Whip and garnish with more chopped nuts.
