Shrimp Mold

  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. each: celery and onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped fine

Directions

    Bring tomato soup and gelatine to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat.

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion and shrimp together.

    Fold tomato soup and cream cheese mixture together.

    Pour into mold and chill overnight.

    Makes about 1 quart of liquid.

    Serve with vegetables or crackers.
