- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp. brewed coffee or rum
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook milk and chocolate over low heat until thick. Add coconut, nuts, coffee (or rum) and vanilla. Drop on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
