  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. brewed coffee or rum
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook milk and chocolate over low heat until thick. Add coconut, nuts, coffee (or rum) and vanilla. Drop on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
