- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 small pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites stiff.

2Add sugar.

3Continue to beat until very stiff (10 minutes).

4Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and add to egg whites.

5Add vanilla, chopped nuts and coconut. Drop by spoon onto wax paper on cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

7Remove quickly from paper.
