- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 5 Tbsp. hot milk
- 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt butter and chocolate together over hot water.

2Pour hot milk over sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved.

3Add chocolate mixture and beat until perfectly smooth.

4If icing must be thinned, add 1 tablespoon hot milk.

5Cut marshmallows into thinnest possible pieces.

6Cover bottom layer with chocolate icing, then marshmallows, then more icing.

7Put top layers on and carefully press two layers together.

8Cover top and sides with chocolate.

9Cut marshmallows thinly as before and place on chocolate, then remaining icing.
