- 4 1/2 ounces egg whites
- 4 1/2 ounces sugar
- 3/4 ounces cocoa
- 1 -ounce 10X powdered sugar
- 3/4 -ounce cacao nibs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

2Whip whites and sugar together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.

3Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar.

4Fold the dry ingredients into the meringue when it has reached full volume.

5Then fold in the cocoa nibs.

6Spread the chocolate meringue onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan, sprayed with nonstick spray, about 1/4-inch thick.

7Bake for about 1 hour or until the meringue is hard and completely dried out.
