- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chocolate milk (whole is best)
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Soften butter and Crisco.

2Add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together.

3Add flour and cocoa.

4Mix well.

5Pour in chocolate milk, a little at a time. Add vanilla.

6Place in cold oven and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
