- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. pastel cream mint kisses
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1Stir together flour and baking soda.

2In a medium saucepan, heat and stir brown sugar, margarine and water over low heat until butter is melted.

3Add chocolate pieces.

4Heat and stir until chocolate is melted.

5Pour into a large mixing bowl and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes or until cool.
