Ingredients

  • 20 round chocolate mints
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet (1 c.) chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream

Directions

    Mix mints, eggs, sugar and chocolate chips in blender.

    Scald milk; add to mix; mix until smooth.

    Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes. Whip cream.

    Remove from refrigerator.

    Fold cream into mousse. Serves 4 to 6.
