- 20 round chocolate mints
- 3 eggs
- 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet (1 c.) chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
Directions

1Mix mints, eggs, sugar and chocolate chips in blender.

2Scald milk; add to mix; mix until smooth.

3Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes. Whip cream.

4Remove from refrigerator.

5Fold cream into mousse. Serves 4 to 6.
