  • 12 eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • ginger paste
  • 4 green chilies
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • cumin powder
  • coconut milk

Directions

    1-Boil eggs and cool down, make a slit in them.

    2-Make a paste out of the onion, garlic, ginger and chilies.

    3- add oil with 2 tbsp of chili powder, salt, turmeric and fry the eggs in it until the eggs are brown (4-5 mins)

    4- take the eggs out and with same pan add the onion/garlic paste and fry for 10 mins

    5- add 1 tspn of cumin powder

    (add water if it touches)

    6- Add one can of coconut milk and salt to taste

    7- add eggs and pour sauce over the eggs and cook for 5+ mins.
