- 12 eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- ginger paste
- 4 green chilies
- chili powder
- salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- cumin powder
- coconut milk
Directions

11-Boil eggs and cool down, make a slit in them.

22-Make a paste out of the onion, garlic, ginger and chilies.

33- add oil with 2 tbsp of chili powder, salt, turmeric and fry the eggs in it until the eggs are brown (4-5 mins)

44- take the eggs out and with same pan add the onion/garlic paste and fry for 10 mins

55- add 1 tspn of cumin powder

6(add water if it touches)

76- Add one can of coconut milk and salt to taste

87- add eggs and pour sauce over the eggs and cook for 5+ mins.
