- 1 c. crushed chocolate covered mint flavored cookies
- 3 Tbsp. hot water
- 1 graham cracker crumbs crust
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 to 10 drops green food coloring
- additional thawed Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix cookies and hot water in small bowl.

2Spread evenly in bottom of crust.

3Cream the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

4Add milk and peppermint extract.

5Beat until smooth.

6Gently stir in whipped topping and food coloring.

7Spoon mixture into pie crust.

8Smooth top with spatula.

9Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

10Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and maraschino cherry.
