- 2 c. mochiko
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

3Melt margarine and chocolate.

4Add milk, vanilla and eggs.

6Stir into dry ingredients.

7Mix until smooth.

8Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
