  • 2 c. mochiko
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Melt margarine and chocolate.

    Add milk, vanilla and eggs.
