  • 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix flour, baking powder and soda.

    Beat next 2 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.

    Add egg, honey and vanilla; mix well.

    Stir in flour mixture and chocolate.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.

    Bake 8 to 10 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Cool on baking sheets 5 min.

    Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
