  • 2 containers (6 Oz. Container) Vanilla Yogurt (I Use Low Fat)
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Container) Sugar-Free Cool Whip, Thawed In The Refrigerator
  • 1 box (1.4 Oz. Box) Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding

Directions

    Put the yogurt in a bowl, stir in the Cool Whip and pour in the package of pudding mix. Stir until it is all completely mixed. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour and then serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container.
