- 5/8 cup milk chocolate or dark, white
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- salt
Directions

1Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

2In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the butter on low heat.

3Cool.

4Separate the eggs.

5In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar using an electric mixer.

6In another bowl, beat the whites with a pinch of salt, until stiff.

7Slowly pour the warmed chocolate mixture in the bowl with the egg yolks and mix..

8Add the beaten egg whites and gently fold with a spatula.

9Pour the mousse into glasses and refrigerate overnight.
