- 6 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Quick Cook (instant) Oats
- 3/4 cups Chopped Or Sliced Almonds
- 3/4 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 cups Honey Or Agave (or Combo Of Both)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 3/4 cups Raisins (I Prefer Golden Raisins)
- 3/4 cups Chopped Dates
Directions

1Mix oats, almonds, walnuts and ground flaxseed in a bowl.

2Whisk together honey, vanilla, and spices.

3Drizzle this mixture over the oats and nuts and mix gently to combine.

4Spread on one (or more) baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

5Place in a 250F oven, and toast for 20 minutes, stirring every five minutes.

6Remove from oven, add dates and raisins.

7Allow to cool completely before storing in an air tight container.

8Enjoy by adding milk and eating it as cereal, sprinkle it on top of yogurt, or use it as a topping for a fruit crumble, whatever your tastebuds desire.
