  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 7-1/4 oz. cooking chocolate
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 oz. powdered sugar

Directions

    Melt cooking chocolate over stove top, then add butter and powdered sugar; mix well.

    Separate egg whites and wish until slight peaks form.

    Add egg whites to chocolate mixture; stir until thick.

    Pour into 4 small bowls or ramekins, and place in fridge for 2 hours to set.
