Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of each: cinnamon, ginger and turmeric
  • 2 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 c. frozen peas or green beans

    Saute the onion and garlic in butter in a skillet.

    Add the ground beef; brown well.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
