  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk, heated to the boiling point
  • 1 tsp. favorite liqueur (optional)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in electric blender at low speed for 1 minute.

    Pour into china pots or small custard cups.

    Chill several hours.
