- 3/4 bag chocolate chips (12 oz. bag)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg whites and heavy cream separately. Melt chocolate in microwave.

3Beat egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of water.

4Slowly add sugar and beat until creamy.

5Add melted chocolate and immediately fold in cream, then the stiff egg whites.

6Place in refrigerator.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
