- 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 6 eggs separated (at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. Lady Fingers
Directions

1Line spring pan with Lady Fingers.

2Melt chocolate in top of double boiler; beat in egg yolks, one at a time.

3Beat whites until frothy; add sugar to beaten whites.

4In bowl, blend 1/4 of white with chocolate mixture.

5Fold in remaining whites.

6Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla.

7Refrigerate for 2 hours.
